After months of talks and negotiations, Todaysprinter.com and Signwest.com have commenced merger plans.

Todaysprinter.com of Phoenix Arizona and Las Vegas Nevada and Signswest.com
of Henderson Nevada have announced their planned merger.
The combined companies will soon be releasing a Cutting edge online design
platform along with data base and single click management procurement
software targeting virtually all product categories for both small and large
corporations on a local, national and international level.
From all Signage, way-finding and ADA to large format printing, flat bed
printing, dye sublimation, silk screening, engraving, printing and a host of
other products and services all aimed at becoming a single source print and
signage Solution Provider.

Jim’s experience in the print industry leaves no stone unturned. From offset
printing large format printing to T shirts, if its a printed product Jim
produces it.

West custom fabricates all types of signage from pan channel letters,
cabinets and pylons, including light boxes and monument ID’s. Signs West
provides a network of existing drop ship / sign service businesses. A
complete turn key sign contractor. Signs West is unique because they have a
complete in-house large format printing division.
Signs West, Inc will be relocated into a new facility just off the Las Vegas
Strip and retooled with new management, work flow management systems and a
host of shipping and receiving platforms to streamline the procurement
process.

Jim lemmer will be flying in his management team from back East this week. A
team with major contacts that will begin filling fabrication orders and
large format printed signage for national / international accounts.
The exact terms of the deal were undisclosed.

this deal to transpire, it gives one time to access the market, their
